The terms of our engagement are as follows:

  1. Fifty percent (50%) down payment upon receipt of order.
  2. Client supplies us with materials that they want to be included in their website.
  3. Graphic images, pictures, drawings, illustrations, and the like should be sent to us in digital format.
  4. We will then present a sample layout for client’s consideration. Once an agreement is reached on the overall look and feel of the site, we will complete the rest of the web pages and upload it to our servers in the domain name of client’s choice.
  5. Once client is satisfied with the overall design and execution of their website, we will then bill the balance.
